Thursday was travel day. The TGV from Paris to Toulon was quiet, smooth and of course très vites, passing through the beautiful French countryside. Our festival hosts greeted us on arrival at the station, loaded us onto the bus. The ride to La Croix Valmer wound along the sea coast.

Thursday evening there was provided a reception with the Danish band, followed by dinner.
